James McGing Managing Director & Property Investor
James left Co.Mayo, Ireland in 1985 to live in Manchester and purchased his first investment property in 1992. He now has a substantial UK portfolio. Having worked his way up through the property management industry ladder, James established his first estate agency chain in 1998, with a specialist property investment division. Following a further estate agency chain in 2000, James then founded a number of businesses to concentrate on the investor market within the property industry.

Liz McGing BA (Hons) Director, Business Development Manager & Property Investor
Having graduated with a degree in Business Management and Hotel Catering, Liz soon re-directed her career to the property sector, where since 1995, she has held many senior positions covering a variety of faculties including, residential sales, lettings, property management and financial services. Using her broad knowledge and business management skills, Liz"s time is spent managing specific and bespoke business projects essential to the development, continual improvement and future growth of Property Circles.

Catherine Dixon BA (Hons) Director & Company Secretary
Since graduating with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Catherine commenced her career in the leisure industry working for hotel groups Whitbread and MacDonald before making a career change into the property industry. Since 1999, Catherine has held various senior management positions in the property sales and management profession before joining Property Circles. Catherine now provides business and specific project support for Property Circles.

Mary Heneghan Finance Manager
Since becoming AAT qualified, Mary commenced her accountancy career working for an international industrial and engineering PLC where she spent eight years working in credit control before advancing as a financial and management accountant for 5 years, with direct responsibility for a £120m account. In 2001, Mary became the accountant for an estate agency chain headed by James McGing, specializing in property management accountancy activity, before joining Landlords Warehouse as General Finance Manager, with responsibility for all ‘group’ brands.

Rion Teegan Dip Mgt Consultant & Property Investor
Rion commenced her career with Allied Irish Bank, based in Cork and latterly Kerry before moving to Barclays International HQ in Poole, England. In 1994, Rion joined a major UK housing association gaining much experience working in property acquisition, investment and development markets, before turning her hand to international recruitment for the property, finance and legal compliance sectors. As a successful property investor in her own right since 1996, Rion"s time is spent mentoring clients and evaluating property opportunities for Property Circles.
