Property Circles recognise that property investors sometimes wish to purchase property in Investor Groups, such as syndicates, consortiums, clubs, partnerships and companies. To accommodate such structures we offer a flexible process where Investor Groups may collectively purchase property and still avail the services provided to individual investors.

Typical Investor Groups may include:

• Partners or Directors of a business wishing to invest "profits" of the business into property
• A company that has been set up by a group of individuals with the sole purpose to invest in property
• A group of friends or relatives wishing to pool their resources to buy investment property

Property Circles will provide each individual member of an Investor Group with a personal induction into its services and property opportunities, separately or as a group where required. For "business based" Investor Groups, we recognise time can be extremely precious. To assist with time management, we can provide you with personal "boardroom" style presentations if required.
